YOU Make a Difference! Be Part of your Child’s School Experience
The Foothills PTA needs your help! We are looking for volunteers for PTA board for the 2012-2013 year.
PTA puts on programs at our school like: Reflections, Red Ribbon Week, Student Recognition, Field Day, Book Fair and the PTA Newsletter and Website. The PTA Fun Run also pays for field trips and assemblies. It doesn’t take any special skills or a lot of time. It only takes the desire to be part of your child’s school experience.
You may think that you don’t need to get involved because there are so many other parents helping. But that isn’t true. The PTA board has only a small handful of parents who take an active roll in the PTA and its programs.

If you volunteer now you can take advantage of on the job training and also many trainings offered by the Regional and State PTA. One of the best ways is to find friend and volunteer together.
